J. Cole has officially released his long-awaited seventh and final studio album, The Fall Off, and it comes with a powerful Nigerian stamp. Afrobeats giants Burna Boy and Tems are the only African artists featured on the project.

The album, which dropped at midnight on February 6, 2026, includes two standout collaborations: Only You” by J. Cole and Burna Boy, and Bunce Road Blues” by J. Cole, Future, and Tems. Beyond the excitement of their inclusion, the features carry extra significance; this is the second time both Burna Boy and Tems have collaborated with J. Cole. Burna previously appeared alongside Cole on Thanks from his 2023 album I Told Them, while Tems worked with the rapper on Free Fall” from her 2024 debut album Born in the Wild.

“Bunce Road Blues,” the album’s seventh track, brings together a powerhouse lineup from hip-hop and R&B. J. Cole and Future trade sharp, reflective bars, while Tems glides effortlessly over the soulful production, delivering a haunting and emotional performance that elevates the record. “Only You” is a standout track on J. Cole’s final album, The Fall Off, featuring Nigerian star Burna Boy. The song blends Cole’s thoughtful rap style with Burna Boy’s smooth Afrofusion vocals, creating a calm but powerful sound.

J. Cole has released seven studio albums in total. He began with Cole World: The Sideline Story in 2011, then followed up with Born Sinner in 2013 and 2014 Forest Hills Drive in 2014. He later released 4 Your Eyez Only in 2016, KOD in 2018, The Off-Season in 2021, and ended with The Fall Off in 2026, which marks the final album of his career.
