Fast-rising artiste Majeeed has been announced as the headline artiste for the 7th edition of the Calabar Entertainment Conference (CEC), slated for Friday, October 6, 2023.
The conference themed ‘Uniting Creativity And Business In Entertainment’ will explore the synergy between the advertising and entertainment industry while employing the expertise of industry-leading personalities to discuss legal rights, intellectual property, and the complex world of contracts.
Majeeed will be making an appearance at the conference as he will be performing and also participating in the panel discussion in his place as a rising star in the entertainment sphere, considering how vocal he has been as regards gimmicks in the industry, especially on his single with Crowdkontroller, ‘Industry Sentiment.’
Hosted by Calabar’s foremost radio station Hit 95.9 FM, CEC 2023 will feature a panel discussion with insightful panel discussions led by industry experts, including Efa Iwara: A talented actor known for his versatility on both stage and screen, Denrele Edun: A fashion icon and media personality with a unique and captivating style, Steve BabaEko: An advertising guru who leads X3M Ideas the agency that broke a

The seventh edition will be held at the Cultural Centre Complex in Calabar, Cross River State.
