A member of the National Youth Service Corps serving as an was INEC ad-hoc staff reportedly beaten mercilessly by thugs for refusing to cooperate with them this morning in Mushin, Lagos during the governorship election.
The male NYSC victim was seen in a video surrounded by sympathisers who came to his aid to treat his wounds.
An individual who must have been recording the incident stated that “This is a corps member, one of the INEC officials brutally beaten… "
