2025 UEFA Champions League finalists, Inter Milan, are preparing to extend the contract of Nigerian midfielder, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 20-year-old joined the 2010 treble winners in January 2023 from NPFL side, Remo Stars, but only made his debut a year after he joined the club. His only appearance for Inter Milan came on his debut.
Akinsanmiro spent last season on loan with Serie B side, Sampdoria, playing 35 league games. With his loan spell now done, the versatile midfielder has returned to the San Siro.

It is believed that their priority will be to extend the midfielder's contract as his deal runs out in June 2026. Inter are preparing a new contract that'll see Akinsanmiro remain at the San Siro until the summer of 2029.
Once contract talks are out the window, the Nerazzuri plan to send the former Remo Stars man on another loan, preferably to a team playing in the top-flight in Europe.
