AC Milan vs Parma: Samuel Chukwueze nets winner for Rossoneri in five-goal thriller

Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze got off the bench to score a late winner for AC Milan in their hard-fought 3-2 win over Parma at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday, Soccernet.ng reports.

Chukwueze returned to action for AC Milan when they welcomed Parma to the Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday. Recall that the Nigerian star had been out of action since the end of December when he sustained a hamstring injury in a game against AS Roma.

However, he started from the bench against Parma, who were placed 17th in the Serie A. Coach Sergio Conceicao started Christian Pulisic on the right wing instead. The first 20 minutes of the first half did not see too many chances fall to both sides.

But the game sparked to life in the 24th minute when Parma scored the opener, courtesy of Matteo Cancellieri. Unfortunately. for them, their lead did not last as Pulisic scored from the penalty spot in the 38th minute. Both teams went into the break all square.
