Houston Dash secured a 2-0 victory over Gotham FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), thanks to a stellar performance by Nigerian international Michelle Alozie, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Super Falcons forward, who has been in excellent form this season, continue to impress as she netted both goals for her team.
In the first half, Alozie broke the deadlock in stoppage time, capitalizing on a brilliant assist from Nichelle Prince. She confidently found the back of the net, giving Houston Dash the lead.
